題簽：董文敏公書晝錦堂記，諸名人題跋。慈水百幅庵珍藏秘笈。夢山曹躋嶽題簽。
釋文：（行書《晝錦堂記》，文略不錄）。蔡君謨有晝錦堂碑，每字書數過，擇其合作者彙成碑，當時名為百補碑。大都倣魯公家廟記目書此文及之。董其昌。丁未(1607)閏六月九日。
